Return & Exchange Policy

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from your order, we will accept the return and arrange for the correct product to be delivered.

Product Condition: Only products in new condition are eligible for return.
Return Window: You must initiate the return within 4 days from the date of receiving the product.

Method & Fees
Return Method: All returns should be mailed back to us.
Return Label: A free return label is included in the package for your convenience.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
